About
I've spent the last 15 years building products — some with early-stage startups, some with Fortune 500 teams. Most of my work sits where design, business and technology overlap. These days a lot of it involves AI: figuring out how to make it genuinely useful rather than just impressive.
“Be hard on problems, soft on people.” That’s about as close as I get to a leadership philosophy.
I studied Human-Computer Interaction, and it shaped how I work — I tend to look for the behavior behind a design problem before reaching for solutions. In practice that means getting engineering, analytics, behavioral science and product into the same room, and caring more about the problem than about being right.
Outside of work, what keeps me curious is how our tools quietly change the way people behave.

Good design is good business.
I believe the best design lives at the intersection of rigor and creativity.
My background in Human-Computer Interaction leads me to approach every design intervention with a scientific lens. To me, design isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s a discipline grounded in human behavior, systems thinking, and technological capabilities. When you bring those elements together, you don’t just solve complex business problems—you humanize technology.
I’ve practiced this for 15 years, across startups and large enterprises. Whether I’m scaling a team or setting strategy, the aim holds: make complex things simple, and make it count.
From a first job in Bangalore, to an MSc in the UK, to leading design at scale — twenty-one years, one throughline.
